5. Each antique terracotta pot is individually handcrafted and traditionally finished, making every piece one of a kind. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and the traditional firing process, slight variations are to be expected and are considered part of the product’s authenticity rather than defects. Variations may include, but are not limited to:

   • Shape and dimensions
   • Weight
   • Surface texture and finish
   • Color tone and natural patina
   • Natural marks, pores, or subtle imperfections in the clay
   • Distressed details and antique character
   • Overall appearance and level of finishing

   These distinctive characteristics reflect the individuality and artisanal craftsmanship of each handmade antique terracotta pot.

6. Payment Terms
   • Ready Stock Items: Full payment is required to confirm the order.
   • Pre-Order (PO) Items: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% balance payable upon completion or prior to delivery.
7. Confirmed orders are final and cannot be cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable.
