Customer Service
Our customer service team is available to assist with product information, orders, custom requests, and general inquiries. All communication is conducted via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Message, or Tokopedia chat and will be handled professionally within reasonable working hours.
Transaction Process & Payment Process
Payments are made via bank transfer or through Tokopedia, as agreed during the transaction process.
- For ready-stock orders, full payment upfront.
- For pre-order or custom orders, a 50% down payment is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid once the product is completed or before shipment.
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Prices & Product Colors
Prices displayed on the website apply to white color products only. Additional charges apply for:
- Basic color options
- Premium color options
- Custom textures
- Painted finishes
Due to the handmade nature of terrazzo, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural and considered part of the product’s character.
Shipping Process
Ready-stock products will be shipped within 2–3 working days or according to the nearest available delivery schedule. For deliveries outside Bali:
- After full payment is received, orders will be processed within 3 working days for packing.
- Packing includes bubble wrap, rubber protection, and export-quality wooden crate packing.
- Once packing is completed, products will be picked up by our cargo partner and delivered to the destination address.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics providers and destination.
Quality & Care
All products by The A PLANT Bali are handmade in Bali and inspected prior to dispatch. Slight variations in size, texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for proper installation, usage, and maintenance. Care guidelines may be provided upon request.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Ready-stock items are eligible for warranty claims only in accordance with the procedure outlined below.
Receiving Incorrect Items & Warranty Claim Process
If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, a warranty claim must be submitted as follows:
- Contact The A PLANT Bali via WhatsApp or Tokopedia chat (for Tokopedia purchases) within 7 days after receiving the product.
- Provide:
- Order invoice
- Photo or video of the unboxing process and detailed images of the issue
- A brief description of the problem.
- Our team will verify the claim within 1×24 working hours.
- If approved, customers will receive instructions for product return (if required).
- After the returned product is received and verified, a replacement product will be sent promptly.
Submitted Materials
Any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions, designs, drawings, references, or other materials submitted to The A PLANT Bali through our website, messaging platforms, or during the order process shall become the property of The A PLANT Bali.
The A PLANT Bali reserves the right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such submitted materials for business, marketing, documentation, or other lawful purposes without limitation or obligation to provide compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting materials, you confirm that you own the rights to such content or have obtained proper authorization to share them.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication purposes. The A PLANT Bali respects customer privacy and does not share personal data with third parties, except when required for logistics or legal purposes.
Revisions to the Terms and Conditions
The A PLANT Bali reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
