10. Payment Terms : A. Ready stock items : full payment upfront. B. Pre-order (PO) items : 50% deposit to confirm the order and 50% balance payment upon completion or prior to delivery.

11. Confirmed orders are non-cancellable, and deposits are non-refundable.
