How to Order
1. Design Inquiry
Customers begin by sharing their ideas, requirements, or references. This may include preferred size, shape, finish, application, and intended space.
2. Consultation & Development
Our team reviews the request and provides guidance on design feasibility, proportions, materials, and finishing options to ensure the final piece aligns with both vision and functionality.
3. Confirmation & Production
Once the design details are confirmed, production begins. Each piece is handmade in Bali, starting from mold creation, followed by careful layering, shaping, curing, and finishing by skilled artisans.
4. Final Completion & Delivery
After quality inspection, the custom piece is completed and prepared for delivery according to the agreed timeline.
